지원서 작성

모집 마감일을 알 수 있나요?

AIMMO에서는 적합한 분을 모시기 위해 다수의 포지션에서 상시 채용을 진행하고 있어 별도의 마감일은 없습니다. 다만, 채용이 완료되면 모집이 마감될 수 있으니, 지원을 고려하고 계신다면 빠른 지원을 권장드립니다

이력서와 경력기술서 양식은 어디서 확인할 수 있나요?

자유 양식으로 이력서와 경력기술서를 작성해 주시길 바랍니다. 지원 양식이 있는 포지션의 경우, 별도 안내해 드리고 있습니다.

포트폴리오는 어떤 형식으로 제출해야 하나요?

포트폴리오를 필수로 제출해야 하는 직군에 해당할 경우에만 제출해 주시길 바랍니다. 필수 제출 직군은, Job Description 하단의 관련 내용이 기재되어 있습니다.

나이, 학력, 경력에 대한 제한이 있을까요?

모든 직무에 나이, 학력, 경력에 제한을 두고 있지 않습니다. 채용공고 상 '이런 경험이 있다면 더 좋습니다'에 해당하는 분이라면, 마음 편하게 지원해주시길 바랍니다. Job Description에 기재된 경력 연차에 못 미치더라도 그에 준하는 경험을 갖고 계시다면 긍정적으로 평가하고 있습니다.

지원서 수정 및 삭제가 가능한가요?

지원서 수정 및 삭제, 추가 서류 업데이트가 필요한 분들은, 채용 담당자 이메일(recruit@aimmo.co.kr)로 지원 포지션 명과 함께 추가 서류를 송부해 주시길 바랍니다.

불합격한 이력이 있어도 재지원이 가능한가요?

네, 가능합니다. 다만 동일한 포지션으로의 재지원은 최종 결과를 받은 시점부터 6개월이 지난 이후 가능하며, 그간 어떤 경험과 성장이 있었는지 설명해 주시는 것이 중요합니다. 다른 포지션으로 지원하는 경우에는 언제든 가능합니다.

지원 시 유의사항이 있나요?

각 포지션마다 본인의 업무 경험이 있다면 이력서에 꼭 작성해주시길 바랍니다. 기본적인 경력사항을 이력서에 기재해 주시고, (개발직군은 기술 스택을 포함) 추가로 경력기술서 혹은 포트폴리오 등을 제출해 주셔도 좋습니다. 연봉정보나 주민등록번호와 같은 개인 정보는 제외해주시길 바랍니다. 연봉정보는 최종 합격 이후 요청 시, 공유 부탁드리겠습니다.

외국인도 지원 가능한가요?

취업 가능한 비자를 소지하고 계시거나 발급에 문제가 없는 분이라면 지원이 가능합니다. 인터뷰 진행과 협업은 모두 한국어를 기본으로 이루어지고 있으니 지원 시 참고 부탁드리겠습니다.

공고 간 중복지원도 가능한가요?

중복 지원도 가능 합니다. 다만 채용담당자가 이력에 따라 유연하게 적합한 포지션을 역으로 제안하는 경우도 있기에, 하나의 포지션을 선택해 지원해주셔도 좋습니다.

인재풀인 포지션에 등록했는데, 언제 결과를 알 수 있나요?

인재풀에 등록된 지원서 및 서류는 해당 포지션이 채용 모드로 전환되면, 우선순위로 검토하고 있습니다.

채용 과정

인터뷰는 어떻게 진행되나요?

1차 직무 전문성 인터뷰와 2차 조직 문화 적합성 인터뷰로 나누어 진행하고 있습니다. 인터뷰는 모두 화상 혹은 대면으로 진행되며, 인터뷰 일정 조율 시 화상 인터뷰에 대한 안내도 함께 드리고 있습니다.

지원서 제출부터 최종 합격까지 소요되는 기간이 어떻게 되나요?

보통 2~3주 정도의 기간이 소요되며, 이는 포지션별로 다를 수 있습니다. 인터뷰 일정 및 내부 사정에 따라 더 빠르게 진행되는 경우도 있으니 참고 부탁 드립니다.

현재 해외에 거주 중입니다. 화상 인터뷰 가능한가요?

현재 모든 인터뷰는 대면 및 화상으로 지원자에게 선택권을 부여하고 있습니다. 따라서 해외에 거주 중에도 인터뷰가 가능합니다.

전형에 대한 결과는 언제 알 수 있나요?

각 전형 결과는 이메일로 최대한 빠르게 안내 드리고 있습니다. (영업일 기준 약 7일 이내) 내부 상황에 따라 결과 안내가 지연되는 경우도 있으며, 일주일 이상 지연되는 경우에는 채용 담당자 이메일(recruit@aimmo.co.kr)로 성함, 이메일, 연락처, 지원 포지션을 작성 후, 문의해 주시면 신속하게 확인 도와드리겠습니다.

최종 합격 후 이후 프로세스는 어떻게 진행되나요?

최종 합격 안내 후, 처우 확인을 위한 인터뷰를 요청 드리고 있습니다. 처우 협의가 완료되면 양측 일정을 고려해 입사일을 조율하고 있습니다.

전형에 대한 피드백을 받을 수 있을까요?

서류 전형 및 인터뷰 결과에 대한 피드백은 아쉽게도 내부 가이드에 따라 공유드릴 수 없는 점 양해 부탁 드립니다.

코딩 테스트

사전과제가 있는 포지션은 어떻게 진행이 되나요?

Application Submission

Can I know the application deadline?

At AIMMO, we continously recruit for various positions to find the best-fit canadates, so there's no fixed deadline. However, as positions may close once they are filled, we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible if you're interested.

Where can I find the resume and career description form?

Please prepare your resume and career description in any format you prefer. For positions requiring a specific application form, we will provide it along with detailed insturctions.

In what format should I submit my portfolio?

Please submit a portfolio only if you're applying for a position where it's required. Specific details on required positions can be found at the bottom of the Job Descrition.

Are there any restrictions on age, education, or experience?

There are no restrictions on age, education, or experience for any position. If you mee the "preferred qualifications" listed in the job positing, feel free to apply. Even if your experience doesn't fully meet the requirements in the Job Description, we will positively consider canadiates with equivalent experience.

Can I modify or delete my application?

If you need to modify or delete your application, or update additional documents, please send the additional documents along with the name of the position you applied for to the recruitement team's email (recruit@aimmo.co.kr).

Can I reapply even if I have a history of rejection?

Yes, you can. However, reapplying for the same position is only possible six months after receiving the final result, and it's important to explain any experiences or growth you've had during that time. For other positions, you can apply at any time.

Are there any important notes when applying?

For each position, be sure to include your relevant work experience in your resume. Please list your basic career details in the resume (for development positions, include your tech stack), and you may also submit a career description or portfolio if applicable. Please exclude personal information such as salary details or your resident registration number. Salary information can be shared upon request after youare officially hired.

Would it be possible for foreigners to apply?

You are welcome to apply if you have a vaild work visa or no issue obtatining one. Please keep in mind that interviews and collaboration are conducted primarily in Korean, so some language proficiency is important.

Is it possible to apply for multiple positions?

Yes, you can apply for more than one positioin. However, the recruitment team might suggest a different role that better suits your experience, so it's worth considering applying to just one role at a time for the best match.

I applied for the talent pool position. When can I expect to hear the results?

When a position within the talent pool becomes active, applications and documents are reviewed on a priority basis, and you will be contacted accordingly.

Recruitment Process

How are the interviews conducted?

We conduct interviews in two stages: the first focuses on the job competency, and the second evaluates cultural fit. All interviews are held either virtually or in person, and if your interview is scheduled to be virtual, we will provide details when arranging it.

How long does it take from submitting the application to receiving the final result?

It usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks, but this can vary depending on the position. In some cases, the process may move faster based on the interview schedule and internal circumstances.

I am currently living abroad. Can I complete the interview process remotely?

All interviews are currenlty offered with the option of either in-person or virtual formats, so you can complete the entire interview process remotely, even if you're abroad.

When will I be informed about the results of the recruitement process?

We aim to notify you of each stage's results as quickly as possible via email (typically within 7 business days). However, internal circumstances may cause delays. If more than a week passes without a notice, please contact us at recruit@aimmo.co.kr with your name, email, phone number and the position you applied for, and we will assist you promptly.

What is the process after receiving the final offer?

Once the final offer is made, we request an additional interview to confirm the terms of employment. After both parties agree on the terms, we coordinate the start date based on mutual schedules.

Can I request feedback on the recruitment process?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide feedback on the results of the document screening or interviews due to internal guidelines. We appreciate your understanding.

Coding Test

How is the process conducted for positions with a pre-assignment?

The pre-assigment tasks will vary depending on the specific position. Once you've passed the document screening, the recruiter will provide you with personalized instructions. These tasks are conducted online, and we'll work with you to schedule them according to your avilability.

Is there a separate coding test for development positions?

Yes, the coding test process for development positions is tailored to the specific role. If you're selected after the document screening, we'll provide detailed instructions on the next steps. The schedule will be arranged to fit your availability.

When am I eligible to reapply if I am not selected?

If you are reapplying for the same position, you can do so six months after receiving the final decision. During that time, it's important to highlight any new experiences or progress you've made. For different positions, you can reapply anytime.

How do I request confirmation of my interview or application status?

To request an interview or application confirmation, simply reach out to the recruitment team at recruit@aimmo.co.kr, and we will respond promptly.

Is it possible to know how many openings are available for the role I am applying for?

Most roles don't have a fixed number of opening. We are always looking for the right fit for our team. If the position is listed as open, it's part of our ongoing recruitment efforts, so don't hesitate to apply.
